Terms of Service — AI-Powered Services
1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to 54WIP ("54WIP" / "we" / "us" / "our"), an individual operating under the laws of the United States.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered services, including AI model API access covering text generation, image generation, and video generation, available at https://ai.54wip.com (the "Service").
By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.
⚠️ Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Service Description
2.1 What We Provide
54WIP provides an AI-powered platform that enables users to access AI model APIs for text generation, image generation, and video generation. The Service is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product delivered over the internet.
2.2 Nature of the Service
The Service is a digital, intangible product. Access to the Service is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. Due to the instant delivery nature of digital services, refunds are subject to specific limitations as set out in Section 7.
2.3 Third-Party AI Model Dependencies
The Service relies on third-party AI model providers, including OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, GLM, Minimax, and Qwen. The performance and availability of the Service may be affected by the operational status of these providers. You will be promptly notified of significant disruptions.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
Use of the Service requires creating an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3.2 Account Security
- Notify us immediately at support@54wip.com of any unauthorized use.
- Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
- Keep your billing email address current and valid.
3.3 Business Accounts
If you register on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. Subscription Plans (V1)
We offer subscription plans for access to the Service, including daily, weekly, and monthly subscription plans. Current plan details and pricing are available at https://ai.54wip.com/pricing.
We reserve the right to modify plan features or introduce new plans at any time. Price changes are governed by Section 5.1.
5. Billing & Payment (V1)
5.1 Recurring Billing Authorization
By providing a payment method and subscribing to a paid plan, you expressly authorize 54WIP to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the corresponding subscription fees. This recurring authorization remains in effect until you cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 6.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel.
5.2 Taxes
Unless otherwise stated, all prices listed exclude applicable taxes. Where required by applicable law, we will collect and remit relevant taxes on your behalf.
6. Cancellation Policy (V1)
6.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through any of the following methods:
- Online (recommended): Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
- Email: Send a cancellation request from your registered email address to support@54wip.com
Cancellation takes effect immediately. We will send a confirmation email within 10 minutes.
6.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- You will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycle.
- Your account data will be retained for 90 days following cancellation, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Refund Policy (V1)
7.1 General Policy
Due to the intangible nature and instant delivery of our digital services, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as set out below.
7.2 Refundable Circumstances
- 7-Day New Subscriber Guarantee: First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge, provided usage has not exceeded 10% of the plan allowance.
- Duplicate Charges: Full refund for duplicate charges caused by a billing error.
- Verified Service Outages (exceeding 72 hours): Pro-rata refund or service extension for prolonged outages attributable to us.
- Statutory Rights: Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal or refund, those rights are preserved.
7.3 How to Request a Refund
Send your refund request to support@54wip.com with your account email, transaction ID, and reason for the refund. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
7.4 Non-Refundable Items
- Fees for subscription periods already used (except as set out in Section 7.2).
- Accounts terminated for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@54wip.com before initiating a transaction dispute with your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
9. AI Content & Intellectual Property
9.1 Ownership of Output
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AI-generated content produced from your inputs ("Output") belongs to you. You may use Output for any lawful purpose within the scope permitted by Section 10.
9.2 License for Input
By submitting content to the Service ("Input"), you grant 54WIP a limited, non-exclusive license to use such Input solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your Input to train AI models without your explicit consent.
9.3 Third-Party AI Model Dependencies
The Service relies on third-party AI model providers, including OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, GLM, Minimax, and Qwen. Output may be influenced by the models of these providers. We do not guarantee any particular quality of Output and are not responsible for content generated by third-party models.
9.4 Accuracy of AI Output
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for independently reviewing and verifying Output before relying on it.
10. Acceptable Use Policy
10.1 Permitted Uses
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms, including personal productivity, business automation, and research and development activities.
10.2 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content.
- Generate, distribute, or facilitate the creation of deepfake content, including AI-synthesized audio, video, or images that impersonate real individuals or are intended to mislead viewers as to their origin or authenticity.
- Generate content that sexualizes minors or violates child protection laws.
- Create malware, phishing content, or cyber-attack tools.
- Infringe upon any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Circumvent or interfere with the Service's security features.
- Resell or sublicense access without our prior written approval.
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or card network rules.
10.3 AI-Specific Prohibitions
In addition to the general prohibitions above, and given the AI nature of the Service, you expressly agree not to:
- Use the Service's inputs, outputs, model responses, or any derivative data to train, fine-tune, benchmark, distill knowledge from, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning model that competes, directly or indirectly, with the Service or 54WIP's products.
- Systematically scrape, extract, or harvest model outputs at scale for any purpose beyond your individual authorized use.
- Present AI-generated content as the work of a human professional (such as a licensed physician, attorney, or financial advisor) in contexts where doing so could cause harm.

11. Data, Privacy & Security
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://ai.54wip.com/privacy-policy. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor (Waffo Pancake) and is not stored on our servers. Account data will be retained for 90 days following cancellation and then deleted.
12. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
12.1 Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of AI output.
12.2 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI output from the Service may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify with a qualified professional before taking action based on AI-generated content.
12.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 54WIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Term & Termination
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, engage in suspected fraudulent activity, or as required by law. If we terminate the Service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the prorated unused prepaid portion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@54wip.com.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Before initiating any formal proceedings, please contact us at support@54wip.com to attempt informal resolution.
15. General Provisions
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 54WIP.
